He is a member of Mediation committee of IMC Chamber of Commerce and Industry. He is a published writer with international articles to his credit. He has experience of more than 16 years in the legal field and had worked for several top-notch organisations: like, Hindustan Unilever Limited, National Stock Exchange IT Limited, Hutchison 3 Global Private Limited, Singhania & Co. LLP, International Legal Consultants etc. He has hands-on experience in Intellectual Property Management, Cyber Law and Information Security, Contract Management and Dispute Resolution.

Cyber Complaints before the Cyber Tribunal and Police.
Advising internal audit team and other departments on cyber law related matters and co-ordinating with local authorities.
Initiated Intellectual Property audit and implemented BC plan for software in NSE.IT Limited and was part of internal Information Security Audit of NSE.IT.

On December 13, 2011, I had given a presentation on “Overview of the Information Technology Act, 2000 (as amended by the Amendment Act,2008)” at IT workshop for Judiciary, Maharashtra Judicial Academy, Mumbai.
On May 9, 2014, I had given a presentation on “Indian Cyber Laws and Data Protection Law” before SBI Life, Mumbai.
The India Cyber Security Summit 2015 took place on 12th of March 2015 at J W Marriott Hotel in Mumbai. I was one of the panelist.
On December 18, 2020, I had given a presentation on “Domain Name Disputes Complaints under UDRP and INDRP” in World IP Forum, 8th Edition Annual Conference on IP.
On May 10-11, 2022, I had conducted the training for newly recruited Hearing officers for Trademark Oppositions and Examiner of Trademarks and GI recommended by the UPSC at RGNIIPM, Nagpur.
Resource person for the WIPO India Summer School on Intellectual Property 2019 and 2022 at RGNIIPM, Nagpur organized by World Intellectual Property Organisation (WIPO) Academy, a specialized agency of the United Nations, in collaboration with RGNIIP, Nagpur and the Maharashtra National Law University (MNLU), Nagpur.
