Cyber Law
As technology is growing at lightning speed. While technology brings many good things, it also brings equal risks and challenges. Every day, we read in the newspapers about cyber crimes, like Credit card cloning, spoofing, phishing, stalking, etc. Some youngsters indulge in misusing technology and get caught by the Police Authorities.

Domain Name Disputes
The Uniform Domain-Name Dispute-Resolution Policy (UDRP) and is overseen by World Intellectual Property Organisation (WIPO) and .in domain name disputes are governed by the .IN Dispute Resolution Policy (INDRP) and is overseen by the National Internet Exchange of India (NIXI).
